Artist of the Year

We are pleased to announce the 2019 Artist of the Year is Pamela Hitchcock!

The pieces in her collection represent thirty years experience creating gold and silver jewelry. She began studying jewelry design at an art center in New Hampshire when she was in high school. This course was followed by a two year, full time apprenticeship with a master silversmith. The League of New Hampshire Craftsmen then accepted her as a state juried member, and she continues to exhibit in league stores throughout New Hampshire. Her work can also be found at galleries from Connecticut to Maine.

Her jewelry is handmade in every sense. Each piece is worked by her hands alone, from concept to finish, one piece at a time. Great care is given to detail, resulting in work that is both personal and impeccable. Her designs are inspired by the beauty of the natural surroundings in which she lives and works. She takes great pride in her work and she is happy to share it with you.
