make cold and hot dishes typical of regional cuisines in China just like people would cook at home using fresh produce and special sauces. Classes are Sundays evenings from 5-7:00 p.m. Minimum 4 persons, maximum 12. Cost per adult: $12.00, children ages 9 and up $6.00. These are very “family-friendly” hands-on classes.
