Elm Street Printing & Graphics Inc., a local leader in customer-focused print innovation, has added a new marketing tool to help customers sell more products and services to their customer. Elm Street Printing is helping area businesses use Mobile Marketing and Quick Response (QR) Codes to extend information about products and services to the web from a printed piece.
According to Peter Palermo, General Manager, Elm Street Printing & Graphics, “Mobile marketing gives companies the ability to send the right message to the right person at the right time and trigger a better response rate. By adding QR Codes to a printed piece, a person using a mobile smartphone such as the iPhone or Blackberry, can scan the QR Code and have their telephone connect to a web address, download a MP3 file, dial a telephone number or prompt the email client with a sender address almost instantaneously.”
Ford Motor Company and Quirk Ford, Mercury of Belfast will donate $20 to Belfast Area High School for every person from a unique household who test drives a 2010 Ford or Mercury Vehicle (excluding E-Series Vans). Participants will be raising money for Belfast Area High School events and programs.
