We’re pleased to announce the launch of the new Cornerspring Montessori School website. If you’re unfamiliar with Cornerspring Montessori School, they provide excellent child education programs in the heart of Belfast, Maine. Cornerspring Montessori School strives to provide programs using a modified approach to the methods, philosophy, and teachings of Maria Montessori. Their goal is to provide an environment that will stimulate, foster and nurture the love for learning that will continue to develop throughout life. Their new website features a blog for teachers to share information with parents in real-time, a school calendar to promote upcoming events and program scheduling and ways for donors to support the school. It was a sincere pleasure to work with the folks from Cornerspring Montessori and a hoot to see this family-fun website come to fruition. If you would like to learn more about how we may be able to help your school or organization grow and prosper, contact us at:  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 50 States Before July 4th !

E-mail Print PDF

Conventional tousist wisdom told us the "Tourist Season" began July 4th. So Patti suggested we open in May to take advantage of the nice weather. Our "Guests" (we don't refer to them as tourists) came with the nice weather. State after state represented on our world map, as guests sign our guest book and put a pin on the map. We started a contest to see how long it would take for ALL 50 states to visit the Maine Coast Welcome Center.

On June 25, Eric & Sheili from Missoula, MT become our 50th State represented! We posted their photo on our FaceBook page.

Each guest to our region represents a significant impact to our local economy. Recently, Christine and Lorenzo of CA visited Maine and wrote of their experience in their Travel Blog, a nice plug for the area. We referenced them on our BLOG.

So the season is here, let's all treat the tourists as our guests. It's good for business.
