Belfast is easy to reach by car, by bus, by boat or by private airplane. Because we are not a big city, you can get any place by car and not have a big problem with parking. Some of the highlights of the area are best reached by private car. For an alternative, though, you could just park the car or arrive by bus and have a wonderful visit to the downtown area including shopping, dining and the waterfront.
